Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing the XIMI VOGUE KENYA website or any other feature of XIMI VOGUE KENYA you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use Our Website/Services. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “XIMI” refers to XIMI VOGUE KENYA and “you” and “your” refers to you, the user of Our Website/Services.

Warranty of Products

  1. Ximi Vogue Kenya only grants a one week warranty on digital products and does not grant warranty on other products sold. All digital products are to be tested before leaving the shop. We will therefore not be held liable for direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to the products sold.
  2. Products which are on sale, promotion and special offer have a fixed price and no further reduction is applicable on these products.
  3. All products are subject to stock availability and accessories displayed on the images are not included.

Payment Methods

  1. All prices displayed on the items are in Kenya Shillings and are inclusive of 16% VAT.
  2. We accept payment via cash, m-pesa and credit card. To protect your security and to prevent credit card fraud where possible, we reserve the right for proof of Identity on ALL purchases.
  3. Deliveries of purchases via our website or online will only be made once we receive a confirmation.

Claims & Returns

  1. If product(s) delivered to your premises is faulty, please inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange a return to inspect the fault or damage. If the fault or damage is irreparable, the piece will be replaced with another if in stock. If not, you can pick a product(s) of similar value. However this will not apply to the extent that fault is caused by abuse, misuse, or damage through accident or neglect.
  2. Please choose carefully as we don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty and cannot be replaced or rectified and If product(s) have been purchased from our website and are out of stock/unavailable. Refund is made within 5 working days.
  3. The dimensions of all our products are mentioned on our sites – ximivogue.co.ke if no specification has been made please feel free to reach us via contacts provided on our website – ximivogue.co.ke. Please take note of these before confirming purchase of the same as we do not take back products.

Delivery

  1. We will not be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to “act of God” circumstances.
  2. On delivery, the recipient will be required to sign a delivery form acknowledging that the goods were delivered in good condition; we shall not be held liable for any claims after this.
  3. Deliveries will be done within 2 working days of purchase. All delivery charges are fixed as quoted.

Note that our delivery drivers are instructed to bring your purchase through the main entrance, to avoid any unwelcome surprises, please inform our staff at the time of purchase of any special delivery requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are delivered to the house or office of your choice. We will only deliver beyond the entrance of the premises at your risk.
