Where are your shops?

We have three shops: Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi, and City Mall (first floor, new wing) and Digo Road (behind Konzi Mosque) in Mombasa. The two mall shops open Monday to Wednesday 10 am – 7 pm and Thursday to Sunday 9 am – 9 pm, including public holidays. Digo Road opens Monday to Saturday 9 am – 5:45 pm and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

XIMI VOGUE sells more than 2,300 lifestyle products in over 70 categories: beauty, household, stationery, accessories, bags, toys, digital accessories and seasonal goods. Most items cost between KSh 100 and KSh 2,500, and all prices include 16% VAT.

Can I pay with M-Pesa?

Yes. You can pay with M-Pesa through the XIMI VOGUE Paybill, or pay online through Pesapal. You choose how to pay.

Do you deliver across Kenya?

Yes. We deliver countrywide across Kenya within 2 working days, and delivery is free on orders over KSh 3,000. You choose Posta Kenya or Pickup Mtaani, or you can order online and collect from one of our shops.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, if it's faulty. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll inspect it, then replace it or let you choose products of similar value. We don't give refunds for a change of mind. Refunds are made within 5 working days, and only when a faulty item can't be replaced or an online order is out of stock. Digital products have a one-week warranty. Faults from misuse or accidents aren't covered. Read our returns and terms.
